During the doctorate doctoral candidates are repeatedly offered the opportunity to present the results of their research work. They can present their work not just to experts but also to an interested general audience. The courses on presentation allow doctoral candidates to practice specific forms of presentation and receive direct feedback. Participants of the "Show your Science" courses are given the opportunity to hold their lectures during Kiel Week and other major events.

These courses are supplemented by a number of courses in which they can practice speaking the foreign languages German and English.
