One focus lies on the exploration and examination of causes connection in the fields of “raw material and environment”, “production, transformation and refinement” as well as “packaging, logistics and distribution”. Furthermore, the foundation supports pedagogical projects as well as the consumer protection in the fields of food and nutrition.
