Content:

This training provides background knowledge and contains exercises and practical examples to strengthen and expand personal resilience and one's own flexibility in the work context.

Those who identify and analyse their own values and understand their individual structure can better identify and use their personal resilience. Through the joint work during the event, the participants can see their own attitude and personal responsibility. This allows you to create, edit and maintain your own resilience. Motivation and efficiency, and their transfer to one's own environment and the individual situation are the result. A lasting, sustainable and harmonious state is created in which it becomes clear how important quality and efficiency are and how one's attitude contributes to both.

Each participant receives a comprehensive ability to reflect and personal resilience. They understand their personal approach and get to know their individual drive patterns and resistances. They can identify with their own clear approaches, achieve their harmonious .

For the analysis of your personal strengths and recovers, we work in this event with the motivation alpaca analysis instrument Profile Dynamics. For this purpose, you will receive a web link to your personal online questionnaire from the trainer before the event. Module 1 - Resilience as a core competence

Module 2 - Resilience to success in everyday work

Day 2, 10:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m.

  • Control elements of a healthy energy budget for an optimized time in the future
  • Definition of future successful strategies for the sovereign handling of problems and burdens
  • Individual best-practice strategies for the prevention of burn-out and for dealing with stress phases

Module 3 - Resilience kit for everyday life

Day 3, 10:00 a.m. - 05:00 p.m.

They receive valuable instructions in order to be able to pass on their own experiences to other people in their working environment. This gives you a long-term effect on yourself and the working climate!

Framework:

This event will take place with Adobe Connect. The access data will be sent to you with the confirmation of your registration. Video function is important, but is not required throughout.

Registration:

Registrations are welcome until 6 January 2021 via our online portal. We will then determine whether the minimum number of 6 participants has been reached. Should the minimum number of participants not have been reached, the event will not take place due to financial reasons. Once the minimum number of participants has been reached, further registrations are possible until 8 days previous to the beginning of the event.

Please note:

There are 16 places on this course. The persons that can participate in the course will receive an e-mail from the Graduate Center. Without this confirmation mail you cannot participate in the course. Only participants that have registered for the course via the Graduate Center will receive a certificate of attendance. All further registrations will be placed on a waiting list. As soon as there is a free place on the course you will receive a message from us. If you do not receive any message you cannot participate in this course.
